A pilates course is a great place for beginners to start and for continuing participants to refine their skills. The focus of the courses is on correct breathing, connecting to your core, awareness of body alignment and how to incorporate Pilates into your every day life.
Through various positions, the participants will stretch and strengthen their bodies working to connect their breathing with movement. You will learn movements on your back, stomach, side, standing and sitting to create routines you can practice at home.
Courses are for all fitness levels as classes have a maximum of 7 participants to allow the instructor to monitor each individual's form and progress.
With regular committed Pilates workouts you can expect to:

Things to Know Before Coming to Class
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a light blanket.
Mats, blankets and a change room are available.
Mats & props are also available for purchase in the Stretch Now shop.
