Master Instructor Trainer Moira Merrithew provides you with a host of tips for variations and modifications along with group reformer programming that's both fresh and fun. This program takes you through a warm-up and a series of exercises guaranteed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility, and finishes with ten minutes of cardio-based plyometrics.
