"I stumbled across your business several years ago when searching for Pilates DVDs online. I subsequently purchased a Stott Pilates "Basic Pilates" DVD and used it primarily to help my horse riding.
Since then I have purchased 6 more Stott Pilates DVDs and now swear by Pilates to improve not only horse riding, but other sports, posture, relaxation and general wellbeing.
Whenever I'm feeling a bit lazy or down I often find a session with Moira will revitalise me!
Using DVDs at home is also very handy when living in the country and you don't want to be driving into town to do classes all the time.
