How do I place my order?
You may place your order online or via phone. To order online, simply browse the site to find the items you are interested in and click on the box that says "Add to Cart ." Can my company pay by purchase order?
Government agencies, universities and qualified, established companies and organisations should contact us about establishing credit terms & using purchase orders. please call us on 03 9817 5250 or enquire via our contact us page. You may fax purchase orders to us on 03 9817 5240.
Can I return my headset if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 14 days to try your items to make sure that they suit your needs. If you are unhappy for any reason during the first 14 days, just call us for a return authorisation number before shipping back to us.
Are Plantronics products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Plantronics products are under warranty. All "H" and "P" series headsets and all corded adapters are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Is your site secure for online shopping?
Yes, you can shop at stretchnow.com.au with complete confidence. Once you reach the checkout page where you enter your credit card details you'll enter the secure portion of our site, it begins with https rather than http.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to ship same or next business day if order received before 2:00 PM
Does Clear Headsets offer volume discounts?

What if I don't see the item I want on your website?
If you don't see the Plantronics headset, adapter or accessory that you need, please give us a call and we should be able to get it for you.

Can I use a Plantronics headset with my cordless phone?
Plantronics M-series mobile headsets are compatible with all manufacturers' cordless phones, provided that the phone is equipped with a 2.5mm headset jack. If you are unsure as to whether your phone has a headset jack, click here for additional guidance.
