This lightweight Meditation Cushion - Zafu made of hemp gives a firm comfortable support. Filled with traditional buckwheat husks.

Its pleated sides allow the cushion to expand, aiding good posture and allowing the back to be properly aligned for meditation.

Meditation Cushion - Zabuton

Our Zabuton mats are crafted from a high quality, 100% cotton twill fabric that is soft and pleasant to the touch.

We stuff them generously with natural cotton batting, an all natural material. The cotton batting provides excellent support.

These fine Zabutons have years of life built into them. We use these products ourselves, and know the importance of good support.

Dimensions: Approx 70cm x 70cm x 10cm.

The Zabuton is placed under your zafu or meditation bench to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles. Additionally, this creates a safe place to rest a book, Mala or other object you may be using.
It is an essential part of the zafu-zabuton set.

The legs are permanently glued to the seat with traditional quality joinery.

For comfort and additional stability its legs are slightly angled outward. The readily folding legs are supported by strong hinges and joinery.

Both Stools are attractively built in eco-friendly lightweight pine, finished with natural resin hardening oils.
