Prenatal Yoga Ante Natal Yoga


5 week blocks
Experience a safe and gentle yoga classes for yourself and your growing baby.

These classes will include:
• a series of movements and yoga postures to increase flexibility and strength to help prepare for birth.
• breathing techniques to calm the mind, body and emotions.
• guided relaxation.

Our prenatal yoga classes are open to women who are three months pregnant or more.
These classes are taught by an experienced prenatal yoga instructor. You do not need to have any prior yoga experience to take the classes.
As space is limited for these classes, it is essential to register in advance.

There are spaces in most classes if you want to join part way into the 5 week block.
