Within each one us there is a desire to be fit and healthy, radiant and full of energy, yet we often do not find the time in our busy schedule to fulfil this need.
In this program we will explore simple stretches and routines that can be practiced at work or home, many while seated at our desk. We will also learn some basic techniques to enhance our daily health & wellbeing.
The stretches are based on the natural movements of the body and each one takes less than a minute to complete, yet peppered throughout our working day, our physical, mental and emotional energy is invigorated and muscular tension is released. Our posture and whole range of movement improves.
Many of us now spend hours each day sitting at a computer and it is essential that we take time out to stretch our muscles and joints to promote circulation and reduce fatigue and prevent any potential for injury.
This program is suitable for most levels of fitness and beneficial for everyone.
