Experience safe and gentle yoga classes for yourself and your growing baby. they are open to women who are three months pregnant or more.
You do not need to have any prior yoga experience to take the classes.
These classes include:
• a series of movements and yoga postures to increase flexibility and strength to help prepare for birth.
• breathing techniques to calm the mind, body and emotions.
• guided relaxation.
These classes are taught by an experienced prenatal yoga instructor.

Things to Know Before Coming to Class
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Mats, blankets and a change room are available.
Mats & props are also available for purchase in the Stretch Now shop.
