A compact organic cotton bolster for restorative and yin practice. At 57 cm long and 17 cm across, it fits under the lower back, between the knees or along the spine without taking over the mat.

Why choose the small size

A full size bolster can feel like more support than some poses and some bodies need. This one is easy to reposition as you move through a sequence, so you can set it where it helps and move on. At 1.9 kg it is light enough to pick up and reposition as your sequence changes.

Filled with organic cotton

The filling is organic cotton, packed firmly so the bolster keeps its shape under your weight. Firm support is what lets you settle into a pose and stay there, whether you are opening the chest for deep breathing or easing into a long held forward fold.

Adjust the firmness to suit you

The inner filling liner has its own zipper, so you can add or remove cotton and set the firmness yourself. Take some out for a softer feel, add it back for more lift. Each end has a carry handle, which makes the bolster easy to move between the mat, the floor and the car.

Removable, washable cover

The outer cover is 100% organic cotton with a full length zipper, and it comes off for washing. Cold wash with mild soap, and it goes straight back on.
